Meet the Reid Team!

Ed has been a respected broker in the Northwoods real estate community since 2002. Work has always been a family affair for the Reid's so when Ed presented the idea that Keri pursue a career in real estate it didn't take much convincing. 

Keri got her real estate license in 2018 and Reid Team Realty was born!

We believe our down-to-earth approach, drive to help people and vast knowledge of the area is what gives our clients a more personal Northwoods experience.

We are based in Minocqua, WI and work primarily in Oneida and Vilas counties but also cover other areas in the Greater Northwoods including Iron, Price, Lincoln, Forest and Langlade counties.

Our Northwoods Real Estate Journey

1972

At age 16 Ed is relocated from Chicago, IL to St Germain, WI where his parents open the Italian restaurant Spang’s

1981

Following the success of Spang's in St Germain, Ed and his wife Kathy open a second location in downtown Minocqua, WI and moves to Timber Ridge Country Club with their two children Tony and Kimberly.

1984

KERI IS BORN

2001

Despite becoming a local’s favorite and highly successful restaurant, the Reid’s sell Spangs to seek a less hectic lifestyle.

2002

Ed pursues a career in real estate and joins Coldwell Banker Mulleady.

2002

Ed obtains his brokers license within six month of joining the industry.

2002

Ed opens the Manitowish Waters Coldwell Banker location  and  is appointed managing broker.

2005

Ed is appointed managing broker of Coldwell Banker Mulleady Woodruff location.

2007

Keri graduates from the University of Wisconsin - Madison with a Bachelors of Science degree in Psychology.

2017

Ed is appointed managing broker Coldwell Banker Mulleady Minocqua location.

2018

REID TEAM REALTY IS BORN - Keri moves back to the Northwoods and pursues a career in real estate.

2020

Reid Team Realty closes 35 transactions totaling over $11,000,000 in sales volume.

2021

Reid Team Realty earns a spot in the Coldwell Banker International President’s Circle, being recognized in the top 5% of Coldwell Banker Sales Associates WORLDWIDE!
